Arriving at Southampton Airport
Once in the terminal, follow signs for arrivals. If you arrived on an international flight you'll need to clear passport control and Customs.
Baggage Reclaim
Please make your way to the baggage reclaim hall to collect your baggage after your flight.
If you are connecting at Southampton Airport your baggage may be through-checked to your final destination, but please confirm this with your airline as not all offer this service.
If your baggage is not through-checked, please collect it from the baggage reclaim hall, then check your bags in as normal for the next leg of your journey.
The check-in area is located a short walk from the baggage reclaim hall.
Can't find your baggage?
We sincerely hope that your baggage arrives without any issues but sometimes passengers' property does go astray.
Thankfully this is rare, however if you find that your baggage has not arrived, please speak to a member of staff from the handling agent of your airline, they will be on hand to help you at the service desk in each facility.
Immigration
All international arrivals must pass through immigration. Please proceed to the departure area, ensuring that you already have a boarding card and, if you are connecting at Southampton, that your baggage has been through-checked to your final destination.
